Custom Backyard Pool Construction
Heavenly Outdoor plans, engineers and builds private backyard pools, spas and outdoor living spaces for homeowners across Greater Houston.
Every yard in Houston has its own soil, drainage, setbacks and sightlines. Those details are the first ones we study, only then will we design the pool to fit your family, and how you will utilize the area.
The residential swimming pool design process begins with a site visit and a discussion with your family. We design the pool, spa, steps and deck around your lot and then present the design to you in detail before a single shovel is turned, allowing you to feel good about every decision you make.
Clean lines, high quality tile and interior finishes, and equipment arranged for quiet and easy service annually.
We are a swimming pool contractor that constructs gunite swimming pools that feature spas, tanning ledges, lap lanes and infinity edges finished to harmonize with the architecture of your home.
We bring our crews together for excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical and finishing, all under one schedule, to ensure the project is moving forward and the standards are met, throughout the entire project, from start to handover.
Transform your pool into a mesmerizing oasis with custom pool water features that blend artistry and engineering, adding soothing sounds and striking beauty to your backyard retreat.
Our custom poolside waterfalls deliver cascading beauty and a relaxing atmosphere that seamlessly blends with your outdoor living space.
Enhance your poolside ambiance with dramatic fire bowls and pits. These features add warmth and a striking visual effect, making evening swims even more inviting.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most from homeowners planning a new backyard pool in Houston.
A residential pool builder manages design, engineering, permits, excavation, construction, finishing and start-up. With a design-build team, one company is responsible for the whole result.
Cost depends on size, finishes, spa and water features, access and soil. Custom concrete pools in Houston commonly run from the high five figures into six figures, and we provide an itemized estimate during design.
Not with a design-build firm. Our team designs and builds in-house, which avoids hand-off gaps between a designer and a contractor and keeps the budget and schedule aligned.
Once construction starts, a custom gunite pool typically takes 12–18 weeks. Design, engineering and permit approval come first, and weather or added features can extend the timeline.
Yes. We prepare permit drawings, manage city submissions, assist with HOA review and build to the applicable barrier and drain-safety codes.
We build custom gunite pools in geometric, freeform, lagoon and infinity styles, with optional spas, tanning ledges, swim-outs and lap lanes. Smaller lots can still have a plunge pool or a cocktail pool.
Yes. We coordinate pergolas, decks, outdoor kitchens and lighting with the pool so everything is designed, scheduled and finished as one space.
Yes. Expansive clay moves as it dries and swells, so we assess soil and drainage early and engineer the shell, steel and plumbing to handle that movement. Proper grading around the pool also protects your yard and deck.
